Please. Sports bras go in regular washes with my yoga pants abd top. The good thing about sports bras is that they don’t require special laundering. |
I can see that a being true of the simple pull over the head kind with no structure, clasps or underwire. But the kind I need to wear are very similar to regular bras and are extremely structured- they basically stand on their own and look like they are full of boobs even when I'm not wearing them. Regular laundering would not work. They are actually the most difficult item of clothing I own to clean. |
| I work out daily and prefer to be in yoga shorts and a support tank when I’m home. I have 3 sports bras, 8 support tanks, 3 running t-shirts, 4 no -support tanks, 10 yoga shorts, 3 bike shorts, & 3 leggings. |
They smell just fine when they come out of the wash. I use Charlie’s soap. |
| About a dozen sports bras, six pair of running shorts, four pair bike shorts, and ~10 pair leggings, capri or full length. I can go about a week before needing to do laundry (I swim a few times/week, which cuts down on the workout clothing needs, too) |
| daily on the treadmill, but only in a pair of boxers so I don't really need gym shorts or anything special. I do have about a dozen pair of gym shorts when I want to go running outside but that's only in like March, April or October cause of hot/cold/humidity in this area. |
