Maybe he declined to get her more drugs and she was angered that she couldn’t have her way. She grabs his gun, the rest is her-story.

The billionaires’ father is Lord Ashcroft who has major ties to the Belizean government and has used his money to get what he wants. He’s practically the president of Belize.

In other countries there might be a chance she gets prosecuted. In Belize, given her connections, it seems unlikely.
