How did Chelsea Clinton transform her frizzy hair?

Yup. It was pretty awful.

It's pretty easy, OP, she found the right products for her hair type. My hair is frizzy like that if I don't put a good curl cream in there.

Didn't she also get facial plastic surgery? When was that?

My 11 year old DD has hair like this and I do not know what to do to. (I have straight hair.). I took her for a curly haircut and they sold us a bunch of products but her hair only looks good the day she washes it. It is frizzy the next day no matter what. Will take any suggestions for how to help her learn to deal with her hair!

Look up @desertcurlsstudio on Instagram. Her method is great. She’ll need to refresh with more product the next day (get wet with a spray bottle). Silk pillowcase for sleeping always. Good job mom for trying to help her.

I had curly hair as a little girl, wavy hair as a teen and young adult, now my hair is straight. It’s slowly happened over time. My hair is not stick straight, but the wave is so subtle it’s barely anything.

My 16-year-old daughter had extremely curly hair as a little girl. Now her hair is wavy. She refuses to brush it after it is dry, that prevents the frizziness. She uses product but she will not brush it once it is dry.

OMG stop with the chemical straightener assumptions. I had similar hair as Chelsea’s when I was a kid. My mom was no help and my hair was always poofy abd frizzy. I tried all the straightners, relaxers, keratin etc but none of it worked very well because you still need to take care of curly hair appropriately. It’s not the same as straight hair. When I learned how to care for my hair I didn’t need those treatments anymore. Now all I do is use coconut oil after washing and I put it in a braid when I go to sleep. In the morning I touch up my hairline and any parts that have a bad braid mark—it takes 5 to 10 minutes—and that’s it!

Chelsea Clinton wasn’t born with frizzy hair.

Some women have significant hair texture changes in puberty that revert later into adulthood. Or maybe the truth is she had a penchant for bad perms in her preteens and just doesn’t want to admit her bad choices?

Who is this racist against? Black ppl don’t use the word frizzy. Do Hispanic?

Thank you! My 10yo DD is in the same boat. And my hair is just wavy, so I’m clueless too. I just ordered the silk pillowcase! I really appreciate this.

I have hair like that. There is no way to get it that straight except with a lot of work blow drying it every day but as soon as you go out it frizzes OR a treatment like Keratin. With a Keratin treatment, its much easier to blow dry and maintain. I hardly doubt she's doing it naturally. Her parents, given the media should have paid for someone to help her with her hair.
