If you smell smoke, drugs coming into your home, that you end up breathing, making you nauseous, and affecting your health... that is a nuisance. If it is not, then there would be no limit as to what you could do.

Funny. Good comparison. So if the farmer next door does what most large scale pig farms do, get rid of the crap by liquifying it then spraying it into the air into adjacent fields... Then yes, you complain.

If they are descent people that are running a proper farm, then you will have nothing to complain about.
