No girl who thinks she's pretty gets piercings in her face. Not saying she isn't actually pretty, but in her heart she doesn't believe it.
(with the exception of those who come from cultures where piercing is traditional) |
Ok. How is this then: If you are a person born in the United States, who has adopted US cultural norms, and does not identify with your traditional culture...then nose rings are usually an indicator of poor self esteem, especially when worn after the mid twenties. |
My experience differs but maybe because I'm from the North. But the bad decision making skills stands. |
| Don’t care for nasal septum piercings, but a loop or stud in a nostril is incredibly sexy and beautiful. |
Still ignorant. |

So white standards of beauty are only what is normal and acceptable in the USA? Interesting. |
| Looks great on a nice-looking Indian woman. Otherwise, nope. |
| If it suits your personality then definitely can be sexy. |
| Anyway, to answer OP's question, I think they can be attractive and an enhance features, so I guess in a way they ar sexy. I also think if you wear one you have to wear it because you like it, you know? It's got to be "your thing". |
| My dyslexia came out strong on this one!!! |
Nope, American standards. You are assuming I am white; plenty of non white people in the south. We also don't buy into the caste system here, and don't approve of genital mutilation, among other things. |
| If you want to rock a nose ring, then rock a nose ring. The “indicator of low self esteem” is BS. I’ve seen plenty of confident, sexy women from all cultures with nose rings. |
hahaha I don't even have dyslexia but mine too! |
Notice I didn't say you were white. I said your standard of beauty is the White American one which is very different. You're claim of what is American cultural standards is based in White, Puritanical Christian standards. The rest of your answer is nonsensical. |
