Sounds like your daycare isn’t taking good precautions.

They have rules they have to follow. Will depend on the clients/staff they have and how good they are at enforcing them. Maybe your daycare is overlooking things.

So you’re saying my daycare has tons of outbreaks that aren’t being reported? Yeah, not happening. Contact tracing is good in MD — they’d be picked up.

My previous comment was probably unfair — the daycare is probably being careful. The families are being idiotic.

NP. It's not that your comment was "probably" unfair. It's that it WAS 100% unfair and untrue. There are many studies that show it isn't transmission happening in schools or day cares, but rather families taking risks and making bad choices. You may retract your erroneous and baseless statement now. We'll wait.

... I did retract it, when I said “it was probably unfair.” I revised it and said the daycare was probably being careful and that the families are being idiotic.

It wasn't "probably" anything. It was definitely and certainly off-base and inaccurate. Demonstrably so. Are you a politician or a Real Housewife with that wishy-washy, no-responsibility taking "admission"? Are you the type to say "I'm sorry IF I hurt your feelings..."?

DP. You sound unhinged and insane, time to let it go. Are you a daycare worker? Lol

People still using the "LOL" expression. Must be an old woman.

Do some of you realize that it’s not the daycare‘s decision to shut down? This is all dictated by the health department and individual states licensing regulations.

Nope, but I'm sure you felt really clever when you typed that out, huh.

We are both working in office, this means time off to care for our little one. How are you other parents handing flu season with your daycare?

Ours has shut down 1 day each for the two covid cases.

Wow, so they decided not to follow the health department regulations. Interesting.

There may have been a dumber post but I doubt it possible. What do you expect in a pandemic,?
