There never has been a neighbor next to a house under construction that liked being the neighbor next to a house under construction. It's a meaningless consideration. |
I'll paste the reviews because they're well beyond that:
|
We've already discussed how when we build on our lot we're going to give our immediate neighbors like $5K each for having to deal with the construction noise / vehicles / dust etc. We get along very well and don't want that to change
|
That's... odd. I would never take the 5k. We live in a neighborhood with constant construction, including MR homes. I think what's key to complaints is how the builder handles them. Matt is a good guy and tries to make things right. |
Everything about this sounds like someone unhappy about any change to their neighborhood and all the older homes being torn down for newer ones. |
The way you ignore what the reviews say actually reinforces exactly what the reviews say about the company's owner. |
As soon as the review said 1940s colonial as the complainant house we knew exactly what’s going on. The second one says “big, unattractive houses.” C’mon. Sorry about the workers music and wind blowing stuff off the site. The last issue with the young girl should’ve been handled by the police. |
