Based on your location (OP) and for that age group (doesn’t mean you have to make a lifetime commitment), my recommendation would be Xeneizes and MD Fusion. If you’re willing to venture out a little bit further, then I would also look at Paragon and PPA. These are probably the only four nearby clubs developing kids with an earnest commitment; everything else is a cash cow.
