We are doing this. Pulled kids out of virtual learning the first week and they are face to face in private school for the year, while we sell our house and buy a new one. We wanted to support public education so we found a great district that’s open and we are excited to join it next year. We are going to suburbs and getting more land/house too, so that’s a bonus as well.

We are non-White immigrants. We love DC. Even with Trump here. there is much to like about this place. We have a nice SFH and yard and lots of open spaces in the suburbs so we are feeling pretty good about our situation.
