in Europe the kids wear masks when walking in/out of building and hallways, but once at their desk they wear only their shield.

Stretch from nose to chin. Not touch the eyes. I bet most of this is psychosomatic. We have the same masks. My 3.5 year old has buddies wearing it and running in it outside. |
Its because she is breathing through her mouth. She needs to breathe deeply via the nose. Mouth breathing is shallow and thats why she is distressed.

You need to take her to the doctor, not ask random strangers on the internet. Either set up a telemedicine visit with your pediatrician or take her in so they can observe what is going on, and give you REAL advice. |
Yeah, I think their adult masks are too big for my face (fits DH well), but my 7 year old LOVES her mask. She's in camp this week and last and I've literally washed her mask every night so she can wear it. Their shipping is sooooooo slow. |
