Cauliflower nachos:
Chop cauliflower. Place in zip log bag with 2 T olive oil, 2 t smoked paprika, 1/2 t salt. 2-3 cloves diced garlic. Shake. Placed in sheet pan and roast 20 min. Remove. Add corn chips, sprinkle with cheese, drained black beans, jalepenos. Top with The roasted cauliflower and and more cheese. Roast another 5-10 min. Smoked paprika is key. |
Definitely no hot sauce. The cumin, paprika and pepper give it a little kick, but while it’s really flavorful I wouldn’t say it’s extremely spicy. I love it prepared as in the recipe, but if you want spicier I would use cayenne pepper instead of black pepper. |
