Huh??? For me, the traditional pronunciation of Gianna is gee-AH-nuh. And if I saw Jiana I would actually think it's a weird Spanish name and pronounce it he-AH-nuh, but just realized it could rhyme with Diana.
Gianna is an Italian name, pronounced more like two syllables instead of three.
