Bowser went to a private Catholic school as a child through college. She hired Paul Kihn as DME, with two kids in private school rather than DCPS. And it's pretty clear the Maret shenanigans came with approval straight from the top.

All signs point to private school. I'll eat my hat if her daughter ends up at Shepherd ES.
