Yeah, this information was posted yesterday.

She probably knew he was dead before the police knew. She won’t be returning to the U.K. Her and her husband’s careers are over. She will have terrible nightmares the rest of her life and her children will be impacted. Of course this is nothing compared to the man who lost his life and his family. The only reason why Boris Johnson is even talking about this is to deflect the whole mistress and misappropriation of funds drama surrounding him. He does not care about this boy or his family at all.

She's going to live happily ever after. The boy she hit will remain dead forever . His family is the one that wil be having nightmares.

She and her husband likely won't be able to travel outside the US again. No vacations to the EU or Commonwealth countries - there will be arrest warrants for both.

We’ll have to see what happens with Brexit.

What are they arresting the husband for? Knowingly knowing a criminal?

Aiding and abetting her flight from the country? She didn't escape from justice in UK on her own.

Was she drunk?

I'm not at all defending her, and I think diplomatic immunity is often - and definitely in this case - ridiculous. She should have to go back and answer for what she's done, IMO. But a "failure to pay full time and attention" citation doesn't necessarily mean distracted driving. I received one as an alternative to a speeding ticket. I was about 10 mph over the limit and it was my first ticket, so the officer downgraded me to "failure to pay full time and attention" because that carried no points and the fine was less than half that of the speeding ticket.

I thought she had been in the UK for 3 weeks. Most likely she was just on the wrong side of the road.

^^ PP again. I should have mentioned that speeding isn't great, either. But most of us have probably done it at some point, whether we got caught or not, and it doesn't make us inherently reckless or bad drivers.

She didn't escape. She has diplomatic immunity.

Exactly. She has done nothing illegal.

She complied with the police and told them she would not be leaving the country
Last I checked, causing someone's death by driving on the wrong side of the road and evading Justice is illegal

I don't think you understand diplomatic immunity. Further, you are required by law to tell the police the truth.
