| Pattinson doesn’t do anything for me but Kristen Stewart has true range and talent. She’s much much better than Twilight, and always has been. |
|
Overrated:
Taylor Swift Emma Stone (She's one note. I like that note but still...) Will Smith Idris Elba (I love him but his roles other than Luther and Stringer Bell haven't been that great) Underrated: Ed Burns |
Yeah Idris Elba picks some duds. |
|
I liked Robert Pattison in Harry Potter.
As far as who I don’t get: Any Jenner/Kardashian Chrissy Teigen Cardi B They are all trash. |
|
Country Taylor is far preferable to “Pop” (or, lately, “Woke”) Taylor.
Jennifer Lawrence should shut her mouth on politics. Ditto Meryl Streep. |
Trying not to write a spoiler, just in case, but his performance in Se7en was also fantastic— especially at the very end, wavering between whether or not to do The Thing. |
Why? Do you shut your mouth on politics? They pay taxes; pretty sure they get to say what they want. I don't get: Channing Tatum Underrated: I'm going to agree on Mariah Carey as a songwriter. That many #1s across decades is insane. |
Yes, I’ve seen it. Meh. She’s very forgettable to me. |
Yeah, I appreciate her lyrics, but I’ve never had the desire to listen to any of her songs a second time. They don’t stick with me. |
|
Overrated:
1. Ryan Gosling. He is NOT attractive. He looks like a rodent and his eyes are too close together. 2. Tom Hanks. He can only play one role. And Forrest Gump sucked. 3. Will Ferrell. Not really that funny. |
DP - Dark City is INCREDIBLE |
My preferred TS classification system is Country Taylor, Pop Taylor, Dark Taylor, and Unicorn Taylor. (I just started listening to TS this summer. I actually really liked both ME! and You Need to Calm Down, but I know I’m in the minority on those.) I don’t get the whole celebrities shouldn’t talk politics thing. Even when it’s somebody whose politics I find irritating (Susan Sarandon, Kid Rock) I will criticize the views but don’t see why they shouldn’t say whatever they want. |
|
Overrated, back in the day: Andie McDowell. I don't think anyone ever raved about her performances, but she got a lot of great leading lady roles even though she can't act to save her life. So many of her lines in Four Weddings and a Funeral were so oddly delivered. I kept thinking there was something I didn't get until I finally realized that she's just a terrible actress.
I will admit, though, that she's so gorgeous, I almost don't mind. |

Someone hates on Emma Stone and Will Smith?
I love Emma in Easy A and Zombieland And Will Smith? Fresh Prince and Puncher of Aliens? Come on. |
| Underrated: Julia Ormond. Why isn't she working more today? |
