| Love all these looks! |
| I love everything on this page. |
| I love MO but I can't look at her the same after she struck me blind with that banana-peel dress and those thigh-high snakeskin boots. |
We’ll need pics. |
| She looks better in very classic dresses. This “fashion forward” stuff is always a miss. She has a hard body type to dress. |
People love her in preppy style, I always thought it looked so forced on her. |
I think there was a whole thread about this. |

| She has amazingly bad taste. |
I think if she likes how she looks, she’s fine. Now that she’s no longer first lady, the boots are far more than a sign of excess. Her memoir, which chronicles her rise from Chicago’s South Side to the White House, is about how she arrived, and the Balenciagas symbolize how far she’s come. Women over 40 are told to play it safe with fashion and African Americans who flaunt their wealth, including Obama herself, tend to be criticized for not showing humility. But the former first lady has thrown to caution to the wind. “Now, I’m free to do whatever,” she told Parker, adding that there was no real message behind the boots. She simply liked them. “They were just really cute,” she explained. “I was like, ‘Those some nice boots!’” |
Those boots are many things, but they are not cute. I doubt Michelle wanted to project cute in any way. |
I wish she'd go back to dressing more like her FLOTUS days. She's had a lot of fashion misses since then. |
| Those boots and that yellow thing are absolutely horrific. I mean, wear what you want, be who you want to be now, but dang are they ugly. |
