Funny, I opened this to say Pepperdine, hands down. Surprised it took 3 pages for it to come up - how can you beat the cliffs of Malibu?
After that, Cornell. Honorable mention to UC Santa Barbara. |
| Earlier poster and a little embarrassed I posted bc it’s all a matter of preference. |

+1 also so much more affordable |
| Swarthmore |
Maybe some people think of different things when they think of beautiful. I think of beautiful college campuses as ones with traditional stone or brick buildings and quads. Maybe some ivy growing. Also, I think of them in the fall when the leaves have changed so Pepperdine doesn't pop into my head even though it is beautiful. |
+1 agree with all of these, but frankly it might be more difficult to name college campuses that are unattractive. There are so many that are beautiful in different ways. |
| The view from Pepperdine is beautiful, but I've never been taken by the campus itself. |
That really is attractive. |
| GW, Marymount and Virginia International |
| I have to go for Cornell |
| Dickinson is a lovely combination of old and new buildings. The surrounding town isn't much though. |
Yes beautiful setting, but buildings are just a lot of concrete. Also, ridiculously inconvenient to try to walk from place to place on campus. |
| Vanderbilt's campus is an arboretum. It is gorgeous and feels like an oasis in the city. |
Yes — the rose garden, the arboretum, the amphitheater — just beautiful |
