+1 I feel bad for her, even if she used questionable judgment in marrying him in the first place. So she'll downsize. She'll still be better off financially than 99% of women, and will be far better off emotionally.

The two oldest. Their mother died in 2015, so I hope he still continues to help them out. They're both 22 and one of them got married 2 years ago at the age of 20?

His support of adult kids is voluntary and won’t discount his obligation to support minor kids. I assume there was a prenup that covers spousal support. I think nannies are needed bc she is gone for long, long periods with the sick child getting treatments.
