Pitt
Drexel Marquette Loyola Chicago American University Emerson (more artsy than sporty though..) Northeastern & BU are probably off the table with those stats, but she could look at some of the other small, local schools in Boston (Suffolk, Simmons) if she wants urban. Good luck, OP! |
Not the poster, but another vote for UMN. There is merit aid for OOS kids. |
| Univ of Georgia. Not urban but Athens is wonderful and not too far from Atlanta. They also have great sports management programs. |
|
University of South Carolina has a good sports management program.
NC State is good for those stats and is a big school in a somewhat urban but very nice area of Raleigh, NC. Syracuse Northeastern as a reach Drexel |
| I went to Pitt and loved it. Highly recommend it. |
|
Northeastern American McGill Fordham (if Catholic) |
| Sports analytics jobs are crazy competitive and the few people who make it in are often Ivy League Maury and Econ majors who love sports and have connections. |
| Math majors I meant. |
Northeastern and McGill are both reaches with those stats, but could be worth putting an application in because you never know! |
+1 Syracuse. (alum) |
VCU meets all of this. |
No, those two schools are not off the table with those stats. |
Just stop |
What? It's in a city, it's a big school (24,000 undergrad) and has a sports medicine program. |
PP is not wrong. Richmond is funky, arty, fun city. If that's the vibe a kid is going for, it's a good choice. If they are interested in art or medicine, even better. |
