Spouse sued for sexual harassment

Just because a claim is dismissed doesn’t mean it’s a false claim. There’s a very high legal standard for harassment. Most claims don’t meet that standard. That doesn’t mean they are false.

Is anyone still mocking Mike Pence for being so wise about this issue?

Perhaps more of you will find yourselves respecting his healthy boundaries.

My husband told me he would never hire a woman. I can't blame him. They are TROUBLE. Although he does work with women, he won't hire one.

I’d be safe to say your husband is a dick!

No he is just careful. There are so many stories about sexual harassment floating around in corporate America. I know many who just do risk migration- no female mentoring, no drinks after work, always have another woman in the room, etc.

You are such an idiot.

I can't not harass a woman unless my wife is there. WTF is wrong with men and WTF is wrong with women that think this is normal.

And just because a claim is dismissed doesn’t mean that the manager’s reputation isn’t tarnished. They carry a black mark regardless of the outcome.

You must not work outside the home. Hence, the Pence rule. He doesn’t want his reputation tarnished by a false accusation.

The one I saw was a complete and total fabrication made by a person who was unhappy about her termination. It's unfortunate that it happens but when it dawns on them that they no longer have a job and that they have a negative mark on their employment history which might make finding another job difficult for them.....plus they have to explain to friends/family why they were fired....well, they get angry about their circumstances and retaliate against the person who fired them.

No. It's true.

I see mothers creating these entitled men. Why are they doing it?

So he chooses to discriminate based on sex rather than conduct himself in a manner beyond reproach? That’s lovely.

How about he doesn't sexually harass or discriminate against women.
