It kind of seems that way....everything upsets them. I stopped taking them seriously when they painted Mitt Romney as this really bad guy during his presidential run. Disagree with policy is fine, but the extent they go to! |
+1. Plus, I love their burgers! |
Not sure if God really likes that family. He knocked the founder's son and then CEO out of the sky in an airplane crash. The mantle passed to his brother, who shortly thereafter died in a drug overdose. The only remaining heir, a grand-daughter of the founders who loves partying and race car driving more than business, now runs the chain. She's on her fourth marriage. But Jesus! |
![]() This is what the left forgets. They get these ideas in their heads like "everyone hates Trump" and then they blitz the airwaves with fake studies and opinion and reinforce it with skewed polling. The silent majority doesn't say much. They live their lives. They come out on election day and pull levers, especially when the left works extra hard to piss them off with identity politics and constant whining. No, their boycott is going pretty shitty, actually... https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2018-08-31/california-liberals-draw-line-refuse-boycott-n-out-after-democratic-official-goes |
A lot of suffering occurs in the Bible with people God 'loves'- including Jesus I read an article about the daughter a few years back. Sounds like she has had her struggles but is a survivor. I wish her luck. |
Again, people don't seem to understand that this isn't about a company donating to a R party per se, but that they are doing so in this day and age. Read the article.. the company has contributed to R party before, and no one boycotted them before. The GOP is now considered persona non grata to many Dems. It never used to be before. Believe what you may, but most ordinary liberals didn't hate the GOP as much as they do today. You Rs should really think about why all of a sudden now some liberals care about this company donating to the GOP and hate that party so fiercely now. Why has it become as divisive a it has since the 2016 election?
btw, I do think the boycott is stupid. They would be shocked to find out that Google probably has donated to the R party, too. Are they going to stop using Google? I'm thinking not. -signed a former R |
PP here. Who are you even talking to? I've never "viciously cheered for the thrashing" of McCain. Nor am I a "Trumpster." But I am absolutely, unequivocally *not* a liberal either. You sound unhinged. |
Sure, like when God and Satan made a bet on whether Job would go to the dark side if they ruined his life. It's a mystery. Unless the kid turns out to be gay or something. Why don't they treat that like a mystery, too? |
These boycotts are ridiculous. These companies employ people. Do they really want to put people out of work? |
Yes, kinda like smashing your own Keurig in protest, lol. |
How’s the Boycott of Starbucks over their War on Christmas going? ![]() |
happy HOLIDAYS! |
And here is the the thing . . . TRUMP is NOT a REPUBLICAN! |
At least the Starbucks issue isn’t based on a tantrum about money. |
They gave to the CA state republican party. I find it chilling that liberals don't want more than one party. |
