random Capitalization of things that Are Not proper Nouns

My big pet peeves these days are:

"graduated high school/college"
That translates into you giving a diploma to the institution. You "graduate from" or "was graduated from" (!!!!)

"real" good/bad/fast/etc...
Real is an adjective, NOT an adverb!

I'm saddened by the loss of the subjunctive tense. Even many educated people fail to use it, and it's often missing in commercial speech/media as well.

Makes me crazy to hear people say, "I wish I was..." rather than "I wish I were..." or "If I was..." rather than "If I were..."
