* Tips on how to trash-talk your "co-parent" online as future mementos for your kids

Whose going to take one for the team and listen to her new podcast about her drama so I don't have to?

A lot of people don’t get me. They don’t understand why I share the things that I do. They write horrible things in my comments, make assumptions etc. I share to survive. I share to help others not be alone in their pain. I share because it hurts too bad to be alone in my own pain. This was an awful week filled with pain, loss, an insane amount of people in my lady parts, guilt, but ultimately hope and resiliency. I’m sharing because sharing is my gift. Connecting is my gift and because it helps me. This podcast was so damn hard to do but necessary as hell. Thank you for hearing me.

I don't think her and chef broke up. She's still following him and their picture is still her IG profile picture. I do think someone passed away. Today she posted a picture of some sort of angel remembrance figurine that someone gave to her.
