Maybe NVD needs to give the staff another lecture about not creating needless instability and distrust in the community, they didn’t seem to get it the first time.

And they wonder why there are so many mistakes in everything they do on this.

If this is basically the same thing as in April 12, it is clear they were holding til the last minute.

If it is different with more factors analyzed, then they were either holding til the last minute or racing to get it done.

So no matter what, it being this late in the day reflects poorly on them. No surprise.

Office hours should be over now. The longer they go without posting it, the more effed up it’s going to be. $50 says we get a major revision within a week again because of an obvious mistake.

Perhaps they could have started by fully making the corrections from the first version. But, no, that would be asking far too much.
