So, where are your kids starting college next fall?

Surprised to see anyone going South given all the liberals here and the hatred of anything outside of the NE.

I second this. I have family in WI, and Kopps is amazing. Also, so is Marquette. Congratulations!

You know that is a really smart decision and ensuring no debt for your D.C. Have been dropping hints to D.C. about two years at CC than 2 at the very pricey private she hopes to attend.

Cool. What will DC be doing? Deferred or applying later while on Gap year? Considering for my Junior DC.

Had an aunt who graduated with an AA degree related to accounting back in 1970's from there. Eventually she became an accountant/cpa specializing in small business filings. She retired a millionaire. One thing I learned is that in accounting related work, even in bookkeeping, they are never out of work.

I'm sure most posters are like me - I just ignore the posters who hate the south.

My daughter’s dream school. Good luck!

Pomona as a city is one of the worst cities in CA. Pomona and San Bernardino are the murder capitals of CA.

I think you're looking for the "What are the murder capitals of each state?" thread.

Pomona College is in Claremont, CA and not Pomona, CA. Claremont is lovely.
