In my experience, it's the opposite. Most people I know that looked great in their 20s are paying for it in their 40s.

This thread just reminded me. She wore the over the knee suede boots to the conference? If she wants to look more serious/professional, she should dress and do her make up in a way that's appropriate for the occasion.

Hope is working with people 2-3 times her age. When I was, I dressed maturely to fit in.

What’s crazy is that she doesn’t need to wear so much makeup. She can get away with minimal makeup and still look appropriate for work. She’s very pretty. But I guess she has to fit the mold. She’s not the only woman in the Administration (or in the media) who wears too much makeup.
