It's clear they've both stated that had sex after 18.
But was she groomed/molested from the age of 14 on- who knows? And if you did have an inappropriate relationship and unhealthy sexual boundaries, you would go back to your abuser to lose your virginity- it's sick but it happens. I had a friend who in her teen/tween years was molested by her cousin who was about 5-7 years older- In his 20s at the time. She later lost her virginity to him and when we asked why her answer showed how altered her boundaries were and was so sad "well we were already doing other things.... He was family/safe/I knew him..." They are both pretty odd ducks so who knows. |

| I believe him. It sounds like she's trying to get her name in the news again to promote herself. Clearly she contradicts herself in the tape with saying she was underage. I feel bad for the guys who are falsely accused. There's plenty of bad ones out there that truly have done wrong. But there's also plenty of innocent ones who have been falsely accused by nutty women who want to perpetuate/promote something or have a score to settle. |

One day maybe we'll have people bending over backwards to defend women in these situations rather than contorting themselves to find some excuse to explain the man's behavior.

Huh? She is telling us that she was molested by Baio on the set of this show, when Baio has pointed out that there were tons of people around - including her own parents and teachers. She then is telling us that she went to his place when she was 18+, well after the show had ended, and had sex with Baio. In the years afterwards, she became friends with his wife and worked on Baio's projects...... What part of that sounds right to you? |

It is if she's lying. And it seems like she's lying. As gross as he is, I believe he was well supervised by his parents and managers even as a young adult on set. I believe he knew how to protect his interests. He had access to plenty of 18 year olds at the playboy mansion and elsewhere. I don't think he needed to risk it with a minor. |

Her drug/alcohol, promiscuity, prior engagements are not relevant. But the fact that she is accusing a man that she had actively sought out for years and years - to seduce (once), to befriend (both him and his wife), to work with him, to greet at parties.....that is relevant. In fact, that says a lot about what the relationship between these two REALLY was. I think that actions speak louder than words do in this particular situation. I think she is looking for attention, anything to put herself in the spotlight. |
