My mistake, I could have sworn he was married to an average looking woman. She's pretty ... but she's no match for the 18-25 yo 10s throwing themselves at Luke every night.

NP and Luke and his wife have had a lot of tragedy in their lives. They seem like really good people after so much loss. I like to think he isn’t out there banging 18 year olds.

She lived with him when he was an active addict for years, so the odds are it has indeed gotten ugly between them and they have experienced chaotic/volatile dynamics, yes. And control bates. Where they are now is anyone's guess. When you are together that long, there are ugly moments, yes. And it doesn't have to be full fledged abuse. It's called the dynamics of managing two separate people, two separate egos. Marriage basically.

Gracie is Alan’s daughter. Alan Jackson is a very close friend and neighbor of my uncles and it’s common Knowledge up on the mountain (where they live) that he’s Gracie’s dad. Tim married Faith and adopted the baby at birth. Tim is an absolute nightmare of a guy. When Audrey was born was pretty much the last long stretch of decency he’s had. He is a belligerent a-hole and Faith stays because while it’s “common knowledge” that Alan is G’s Dad, the agreement was that Faith wouldn’t divorce Tim if he agreed to adopt her and raise her as his own. When Audrey is 18, they are divorcing.

He has admitted to both alcohol abuse and drug abuse. He said he got sober years back because his wife gave him an ultimatum. He said his daughters were old enough to know what was going on. Those relationships with alcoholics are a lifetime of struggle.

I think him and Keith Urban went through the ultimatum stuff around the same time.

Tim and Faith are both too thin. He got sober and went overboard with health and fitness. I've never figured him for an abuser.
