Perhaps? Capitol Hill to this address, as the crow flies, is 12 miles. This was a HUGE explosion.

December 2016- gas noted as being in use (unauthorized use)

Still looking for the owner. At least one of the neighbors homes is damaged to an extent that they cannot return home at this time.
