I follow Pete Peringer on a twitter and it looks like the house explosion was catastrophic and completely leveled the house. So sad.

He had a tax lien from the state. Not too much else history except foreclosure. There was a guilty plea for an undermined shed in the back yard in 2000. I suspect suicide explosion.

I don't know why he didn't just sell. Records show it was purchased for 82k in 1985.
