It's hard to be hairy OP. I am still criticized and mocked even though it's no one else's business. Hard place to be as a teenager. Not everyone is cool and self assured. Let her remove her hair and take care if her body the way she wants.

OP here!

Thanks so much for all the responses! We got down to the business of shaving within 48 hours and DD is so happy!

I cleaned up the stray hairs around her eyebrows myself and we're getting them waxed this week for a cleaner but still full look.

I'm so appreciative of all the different perspectives... I only wish I had dealt with this long before now.
