They can both be pretty but they are also both one-note actors. Emma does reserved wonderment and Kristen does reserved disgruntlement. |
MK ultra beta sex kitten?!?! What does that even mean? |
| She sails by because she’s preachy in her femimism and is the “right kind” of navel gazer for the Hollywood crowd. |
|
She was fine in bling ring and wallflower. Nothing amazing. She’s good looking. She seems like a nice person.
Find something better to do, all of you. |
| It was unfortunate she was cast as Belle in the live action movie. She can't sing at all. |
| She is a child actress who knows nothing except acting. I agree she never really grew into the craft. Kids are kind of allowed to be bad actors but after a decade or more of acting, and maybe when you start so young you don't take lessons or get much constructive feedback or really grow...unless you are self aware and self motivated to do so. People who work their way up to acting through years of plays and small features have a lot more experience and have had a lot of feedback and learning along the way. |
I’m sorry, what now?
|
Yes. That was tragic. |
Wait...what...woah! No, just no. Emma Watson as Jo?!? Ugh! Why are they remaking it? The one with Winona Rider was just about perfect. There is no reason to remake Little Women again, particularly not with this cast. And if they are remaking it, they should be American actresses, not a bunch of Brits and Irish actresses. |
|
Just googled again.
Emma Watson as Meg??? That is even worse than Emma Watson as Jo. Did the casting people and director even read the book? |
| What a miscast bunch of actresses. |
Meg I could see. Jo I could not. Winona Ryder was horribly miscast as jo. She is way too waifish. She should have been Beth and the strappingly hearty Clare Danes should have been jo. The pbs remake was great. We don't need another version. |
I agree. And I have a similar feeling about Keira Knightly. |
Whoa. Come back, conspiracy theory PP, and tell all! (MK Ultra was a 1950s-60s secret government program attempting mind control via drugs etc. There have been congressional investigations of it. You can guess just how successful it was.... Until now! Who knew?!) |
| So glad others feel the same as I do about her acting. It’s over done, stilted and unreal. |
