Helped my daughter apply to 14 colleges. Glad we did and here's why

I'm glad some parents believe this, it would give my kids better odds if I can get them to do their applications early.

Not that I actually think I will be able to get them to do their applications early....

Not OP, but my kid was the same way. It was impossible to fake the intensity when doing college apps early - it was all just half-ass effort. Once the deadlines started approaching my son went into obsessed mode.
