I'm amazed that someone (a) cared enough and (b) had enough free time to complain about a thread to the site administrator. I am similarly amazed that the site administrator has the time and the patience to indulge complaints like that.

Running the site is Jeff's job. Not hobby. Job. So it's not unsual for him to "have time" to check someone's IP address to see if they're in the state they claim or whatever.

I get that it's a job but who really cares if someone is in the state they claim to be? I figured he'd be spending his time with tech issues and landing sponsorships than dealing with someone's petty complaint about what state a poster is in.

This is the 4th or 5th thread OP has started about this. It was long, drawn out and very bizarre with some weird details. She specifically said the were in Michigan and I recall someone asked Jeff was her IP address actually in Michigan since presumably if it wasn't it would suggest she was a very prolific troll. It probably took him 3 seconds to check and say yup those posts are from a Michigan IP.

As someone who didn't have her first of three kids until age 37, I read that to mean OP didn't have the mental energy to raise another kid. I completely understand that and don't blame her!

YES. I'm mid-40's with an older teen and young adult. There is no way in hell I would want to go through the infant/toddler/elementary school stages again.
