Need advice. DS wants to play a varsity fall sport senior year WWYD?

OP here: summer training started. It's everyday. He still has a heavy workload for the fall. I am worried.

What do you consider a heavy schedule and what is his GPA?

4.0 4 APs. president of 2 clubs newspaper editor. Big 3 school.

Doing what he enjoys? Not so much. Sounds to me like he is extremely well rounded. Kids learn more about life from team sports than from an AP class. It also applies to the future work environment. Team sports are wonderful training for the future.
