You want to see the parents of children in AAP sue because they chose the option of sending their child to AAP instead of keeping them at their base school? Or you want to see parents of children not in AAP sue on behalf of students in AAP? Just trying to understand what lawsuit you want to see. Parents of children in AAP would be the ones to sue based on LRE, and it wouldn't really make sense for them to do so, since it's optional, and they like AAP. |
