| OP, so much of this depends on your body shape and muscle content. I'm 5'2, and I look fantastic at 135, and totally reasonable/slim enough at 140. I am very muscular (always have been) and my doctor confirms you can't go on BMI alone for this reason. If I weighed 105 I would look like a cancer patient. |

I'm 5'2" 135, I was down to 125 over the summer and felt great but weather change and football eating have put those 10 or so back on... I"m not stressing about it, will get back on it in the new year, especially since I'm planning a March trip to Jamaica... that should help with motivation (I hope).

| My ideal weight is between 115-120. Ten years ago I was 138 and I worked hard and lost 30 pounds. But being that skinny and below 110 ended up being unhealthy for me...I was sick all the time. This happened to me when I was a kid/teen too, I'd gotten way too skinny and was sick often. So over a few years I gained ten pounds back but now feel this is my healthy weight. I feel good, look good, and am healthy. |

I am like 5.275. Ha.
118 lbs. 122 when doing a lot of strength training. I don't have as much time to dedicate to that now that I have little kids. 39 yo. I've been thin all my life. Fast metabolism. I'm sure it will start slowing soon. Tick tock tick tock. |
Not sure how old you are but if over 40 you *probably* look better at 123 vs 115. I am only suggesting this because 115 was my 25 year old pre baby weight also and now that weight is too low for me. It doesn't look right and nearly impossible to maintain. Weight is different when you get older for some reason. |
I'm 5 '2.5"" (I call myself 5'3''). I weigh 117-118 right now, but feel like I look best at 112-115. I exercise a lot, but I think the weight gain is due to my metabolism slowing as I approach 40 and the fact that I suck at trying to control what I eat The lowest I've been in my life is 105 and highest is 130).

| Today, I was 117. It depends on time and exercise. I'm also 8.5 weeks pg, so sometimes I eat and eat. On those days, more like 120. Pretty soon I'll be much more though! I'm hoping pp weight is easy to lose this time around! |
I am just under 5'2" (like 5 1.5) and used to weigh between 110-115. I looked great, but now, at 45 with two kids, I am at 120-123 and I honestly think its better. I already have a narrow face with high cheekbones, but when I was sick recently and dropped weight, I looked sunken and older. My goal is not to lose weight but to add some more muscle and firm up. Plus, I just can't be bothered to diet all the time. I try to eat right, all in moderation and enjoy some treats. I could exercise more, but all in all, I'm glad to be at an age where I dont care as much about the number on the scale. |
