145 with paleo style eating with social cheating I look OK. Struggled my whole life with weight and can only do gentle exercise due to past surgeries. So 145 is actually good for me. I don't like tight clothes so I wear sizes 10-14 (petite). |

I'm just below 5'2" and about 133 pounds, where I've hovered for years. It's where I'm comfortable and feel good.
I've gone up to 143 before and wasn't comfortable and felt poorly physically. Getting under 130 requires such drastic amounts of exercise (2+ hours per day) and calorie cutting it just isn't worth it to me. |

i'm 5'3" and 125. About 3 years ago, I was about 115. I started running distances and also do strength training. I think I have gained a layer of muscle along with my "Gosh, I could eat anything" appetite.
When I hit 40, my metabolism took a nosedive. I was < 110 before that. |
