OP, you've shared enough detail about your SIL to convince us that she's a real little shit. But knowing that as you do and as you have since you were a small child, why get riled up each and every time something minor happens?

This is like a continuation of the playground at this point. She took my picture! She took my picture! (Runs to husband to tell on her).

Am I taking crazy pills here? NP. How on earth is a photo of her crying not about her? If SIL has a history of being mean or rude on purpose, how is this not something OP should be weirded out by at the very least!
