Unfortunately PP it's a catch 22. Your husband was unfairly accused for being friendly by a woman who probably has a screw loose. Now, he has to be cold and standoffish to prevent being accused again. But of course leaving himself open to the risk that he is now alienating her unfairly, which is also a form of discrimination, or could be accused of.
