Anyone have an Infiniti?

I find the infiniti m56 faster and more fun to drive than any comparable bmw. 535/550.

Styling is subjective.

I chose an Infiniti after DH and I have had years bad experiences with a Mercedes, an Audi and a BMW. And frankly, it's not just the cost of maintenance and repairs, it's the hassle of constantly having to go to the dealership. It's also the worry about if my newish, expensive car is going to stall out on me in the middle of Wisconsin Ave. during rush hour or the AC goes out of my year-old car in the middle of August. We were constantly dealing with crap like that with all of our European cars (and we didn't own any of them for more than 7 years so none should have had the problems they did). No, my Infiniti isn't as good looking or exciting, but it's had ZERO issues and that counts for a lot. And to the obnoxious PP- I can afford any car I want. I want something easy at this point in my life. Judge away.

Infiniti is only one slot higher than BMW in JD's study, and severral slots below both Mercedes and Audi. Your anecdotal experience notwithstanding, it would be foolish to suggest that someone intent on buying an Infiniti should do so in expectation of significantly better reliability as you have suggested.

Did you use your brain before writing that post? Are you saying that better reliability is the same as "better built"? Really? If that's the case, then I guess you feel that Honda is better built than Acura, since Acura is lower on the rankings? Is this how you really feel?

Like other Infiniti cars, the M56 is a one-trick pony. Lots of power + stiff suspension = impressive performance. All of the reviews complain about how rough the car is to live with on a day to day basis.

If you want a largish/mid-size luxury sport sedan, the options are bmw 5series, Mercedes e-class, Audi A6, Caddy CTS, Lexus GS, infiniti Q70, Jaguar XF and maybe Hyundai genesis and Lincoln MKsomething.

The Infiniti and Jaguar have imo the most polarizing or unique styling. Lexus holds the value the best, but Infiniti not far behind. Bottom line, all are reliable and awesome cars. Personally I like the ones that are less rare, less sheep like and more personality.
