True.

My Whitman nephew insisted to us that we don't live in Montgomery County. (We live in Silver Spring.)

okay so your idiot and ignorant nephew speaks for all Whitman kids. When you were in HS did you even give a thought or care as to which county you lived in or which county your school was in? give it a rest already.

We are a Whitman family, and we consider a trip to Silver Spring similar to going down to Anacostia like we did for Redskins games.

Yes, I don't have much of a sense of direction either.

Isn't SS in PG?

Apparently that is the belief in the W zone.

What's Silver Spring?

No. It's impossible in the Whitman district, where all children are above average.

How would you view a trip to PG?

What I want to know is, why did you go to Anacostia for NFL football games? There has never been an NFL football stadium in Anacostia.

I went to whitan and it's a great school! As much drugs as any other school in the area. There is no "drug problem" there.

PP, seriously? At WHITMAN? This year? Or someplace else?

Obviously a troll post. The hanging out at 7-11s is obviously a tip off.

Yes, everybody knows that 7-11s are no good for this purpose. The shady characters actually hang out near the Whole Foods -- Silver Spring or Kentlands, either one, but the Silver Spring Whole Foods is easier to reach from Bethesda via the J1, J2, or J3.

The number of Whitman boosters getting offended at obvious sarcasm in this thread is hilarious

Whiteman is the nickname, not Whitan. Get it straight. Then there's Northweed, Blairijuana, and a few more I'm forgetting.
