Pizza rolls, dunked in sour cream
Anything cheesy and crunchy - Cheetos, yes. Cheddar and sour cream chips, yes. Nachos and that awful, plasticy cheese product? Yup.
Taco Bell
Chicken mcnuggets with sweet and sour sauce
Ice cream. All of it.
Not as bad as the others, but I could eat an entire jar of peanut butter with a spoon, if I had no self control.

Good for you on the weight loss!! I know how tough it is to do, how hard it is to changed long-ingrained habits. BTDT.

Oh, thank you! Mostly, I've tried to just stop eating my feelings - hence cutting back on the 'junk food secrets'

Froot Loops directly from the box-I grew up in a hippie family and we never had sugar cereal.
Stouffers mac and cheese.

Plus one, but you have to cover them with margarine and run them through the microwave first.

Ok, I have a black belt in junk food but what in the hay??

Ha - I was hanging my head in shame that I had eaten so many of these items before, but I am a child of the 80s so I guess it makes sense! When I reached high school age, I thought I was so "healthy" by switching from chips ahoy to snackwells ...

My DH loves that hamburger helper cheeseburger macaroni. He requests it a couple of times a year and only he eats it no one else in the house likes it.

Do you have a horrible so bad for you food that you absolutely love?

Milky Ways certainly aren't GOOD for you, but they aren't "horrible". One candy car a month isn't going to break the diet!

Cheetos are one of those things that in theory I don't care about or like but if a bag is around me and I eat even one, I am suddenly OMG CHEETOS and eat a million. This goes for Doritos too now that I think about it.

In college I lived off of Honey Nut Chex Mix.

Cheetos are definitely bad. I have to say no or I will eat them all.
I haven't had a cinnabon since I was 18 for the same reason. (Homer Simpson drools in my head) We used to go to the mall and order one and split it with friends. Of course, we were all tiny and playing sports 7 days a week.

I like, once or twice a year, Scoopables Fritos and Cottage Cheese. So. good.

Sweet and salt together.

I could eat a whole tray of brownies with a huge bag of chips.

How/why did you discover this?

For as long as I have been alive my grandparents have a nightly snack of ice cream and pretzels for the same reason.
