Brazilians, S. Koreans and I think Venezuelans have a high % of people with cosmetic surgery, body and/or face. I'm Korean, but no, I haven't had any plastic surgery.

The only reason Brazil made it to number one is the number of people they have in the country. If you attempt to calculate the % of hot women they probably won't make it top 50. There are so many half-man looking and sounding women there. Even plastic surgery can't help them.
Venezuela should be number one and that because popularity of plastic surgery, and the beauty thing (winning miss world) is their national sport.
Women are beautiful in India, Russia, Serbia (most EE and in the Baltics and Scandinavia).
Not sure how France and Italy made the list.
Ranking the Asians- I'll leave it to them, haven't been to Asia yet.
If you are very put somewhere in the middle of the country and have to judge based on 1st 20 women that happen to walk by, the Ukraine wins hands down, then Sweden, India, Venezuela (thanks to surgeries), Serbia and then the rest, but leave the named ones out altogether.

I'm sorry, but I don't agree with the list on Indian women. They are lovely people and there are some real stunners, but I don't think that there are so many relative to other cultures that they should make the list.
