Haven't seen the list but I think the most beautiful woman are in Brazil and in Scandinavian countries.

Im Italian and I don't see very many beautiful women there - the Sophia Loren types no longer seem to exist.

In the majority of those countries the women had black hair, green eyes, tan skin. So men really do swoon for latinas.

So much of this is going to be driven by the author's preference for the European/Slavic type or the Latin type or the exotic type. All three are beautiful but if you prefer one, then the other two will seem inferior.

Russian women are beautiful but the picture of a woman they used is terrible, sucky lip job.
