I have no dog in this fight, but I do know one thing - you are such an asshole, OP.

x2

I disagree. It seems like Fiat Fernando behaved like an ass with his car.

What reason do you have to believe OP's story? What if she has an agenda against a man who drives this car, and decided to take action by venturing onto the Internet in brave, anonymous fashion to tell her traffic tale of woe? OP has acted like a smug jerk throughout this entire thread, and she has clearly identified her target. Why have you lapped up her story and given it such credence? When OP identifies herself and the car she drives, then maybe I'll rethink. At this point, I believe she's just writing fiction.

We have to wait for traffic to break on 34th Street When you almost caused an accident turning into traffic from 34th and McComb, I thought about writing your license plate down. If you do it again, I'll drive straight to the school and wait for you to come out.

I've wondered why they don't put a traffic signal there, so it would be earlier to go that way.

Because then more people would use the street as a so called cut-through. So the Newark Street people are ok with using everyone else's street to their hearts content, but are not ok with others using their street.

Newark St isn't some country lane anymore, what with the new Cathedral Commons center at the end of the street. People would like to see a traffic signal and for DC to get rid of all the speed humps which impede traffic flow.

It's not fiction. I'm not a she. I'm the OP. What's wrong about complaining about dangerous driving? You must be Mrs. Fiat. Based on his driving, I recommend you dump him.

Well, aren't you a big man, OP, hiding behind the cloak of anonymous and trying to deflect when someone questions your story.

And you go by the street every day and still call it "McComb"??

Zero credibility.

Just curious what motivations the OP would have for making up this story? He hates black fiats?

No, he hates the guy in it.

Why are you so gullible as to believe everything you read on the Internet posted by anonymous people?
Anonymous
I'm the OP. Have no idea who the guy is.

Five traffic signals in six blocks on 34th?!

I don't see why anyone would make up a story about a rude driver. Really weird someone is on hear attacking the op who sounds like hot head but I don't think he or she made up the story. There is no shortage of rude/bad drivers in this city. Black Fiat man. ---please drive safely and set a better example for your son

The neighborhood got all the speed humps because of people like this driver, and may ask for more.

We got a speed bump in a cul de sac because of a bat out of hell inbred driver. Her teenage son was a milder driver than her.

Now DC even is reducing the width of some streets. They’ve recently narrowed Idaho by Wisconsin Ave, so that cars now have to turn very slowly because the eastbound turn sharper than before and they’ve added islands to make it impossible to get back out to Wisconsin from Ordway St. Thanks to the entitled NIMBYs there who make it more difficult for everyone else to get around DC.
