| Wow, I thought I was the only one. I also am fanatical about underwear changes (often twice a day) but will wear a bra three or four times before washing. |
Did you just call out PP for being "rich" and then imply that you'd rather waste money buying new bras than take care of them? |
I'm sure your bras are expensive. I'm a 34A and even at that size, an off-the-rack decent bra can be upwards of $30. I get boring, nude bras, no lacy ones, and wash mine every 2 days unless I've been sweaty. I put my bras in a laundry mesh bag and throw it in the laundry on cold.

I have several, but wear the same 2 constantly. I wash them maybe every other week. If I know I'm going to get sweaty, I wear a cheaper bra and toss it in the wash immediately.
I also pretty much hate all my bras. I've been fitted and have purchased everything from Victoria's Secret to fancy Nordstrom bras. They all suck. My main complaint is that the straps are always too long (I'm petite). When I hike the straps up, the clasp always stops just at the top of my shoulder bone and digs in all day. |

+1 When you are a G-cup, the bras have to be well engineered to hold up the girls, and they are expensive. I don't take the time to handwash them (wash in a bra tube/cage with the rest of the laundry, hang to dry), but I definitely won't wear the same one two days in a row. My weight and bust have stabilized, so I have managed to acquire a good number of bras in my current size, mostly nude t-shirt bras. In the summer I might get two or three wearings each between washings. If I'm going to be outside for any length of time, I'll wear an older one that I don't mind sweating in, and it won't get a second wearing. They last several (5+?) years before wearing out or falling apart. Running bras are one wearing, then wash. To the petite woman, try Le Mystere, Wacoal, and Simone Perele. I find they are better suited for those with a shorter distance between band and tops of shoulders. |

I change my panties twice a day. I wear a bra at least 3 times before washing. I also wear my pants 3 times before washing and in the winter let my tops go a few days as well.
I most definitely do not sweat on my boobs, and am not a heavy sweater. |
|
I have about 7 bras.
I rotate them ... They match my underwear. Black, neutral, fancy, green, orange, purple, etc.... I wear them about 3 times each and wash them in laundry bags so they don't tangle because those suckers are expensive. I have 4 sports bras that I wash after each use. |
No, I'm married and poor, but I buy good quality bras (Natori) on ebay for less than half price, and I find it doesn't take much time to hand wash them all at once. Just swish them around with some soap in a sink. Not sure why I'm dignifying this with a response, though. |
Pardon my curiosity, but why would you change your panties twice a day? Unless one has heavy vaginal discharge or diarrhea, it seems sort of strange to change your underwear midday.. However, I may be missing something. |
| My bras don't smell bad even though I probably wear them fifteen times or so before washing. Don't know why. I don't sweat much. |
|
I usually wear mine about 3x before washing but never heard about rotating them, which basically means putting them back in the drawer after having worn them at least once. Thanks to this thread, I'm going to start doing that!

Not back in the drawer. They need to air out. I hang them on hooks in my closet. |
