I alternate bras so the elastic parts do not stretch out. Try not to wear the same one 2 days in a row and bring a backup even on vacation.
+1
++1
This is what you are supposed to do!
+1 When you are a G-cup, the bras have to be well engineered to hold up the girls, and they are expensive. I don't take the time to handwash them (wash in a bra tube/cage with the rest of the laundry, hang to dry), but I definitely won't wear the same one two days in a row. My weight and bust have stabilized, so I have managed to acquire a good number of bras in my current size, mostly nude t-shirt bras. In the summer I might get two or three wearings each between washings. If I'm going to be outside for any length of time, I'll wear an older one that I don't mind sweating in, and it won't get a second wearing. They last several (5+?) years before wearing out or falling apart. Running bras are one wearing, then wash. To the petite woman, try Le Mystere, Wacoal, and Simone Perele. I find they are better suited for those with a shorter distance between band and tops of shoulders.
