| Because it's an obvious trend in Hollywood to name your child something deliberately offbeat, sometimes with ridiculous results. Is Seraphina that bad? No. But it's still a little bit weird. |
| if op wants to criticize, then she should be able to accept counter criticism |
| I don't think Seraphina is so bad... especially compared to some of the crazy names coming out of Hollywood lately. It's a biblical name. And as PP mentioned, they will probably call her Seri or Sera, both very pretty. |
| To those who think Seraphina is odd or weird, what did you name your child(ren)? |
| Seraphina is my great grandmother's name (Italian). It was on the possible (not probable) list for baby #2. Different strokes- at least it is an old fashioned name not some new fangled made-up name. |
| I think it's a fine name. Unusual, but so what? She'll probably just go by "Sera". |
| My only "objection" is that Seraphina Rose Elizabeth seems like a real mouthful - I'm not sure I really get the "two middle names" thing. Maybe they couldn't make up their minds? |
| I am not half as offended by this name as I am so other star names. They have lost their damn minds... |
Im the "no offense" poster. I really don't see how saying "You need to get out more" Is so rude. It clearly is true. The term of, "You need to get out more" Is true...the OP clearly is living in her own little world if the name like "Seraphina" is causing her to think "WTF". |
Yeah, not rude at all. Why did the OP have to add things about JGs' marriage? why didn't she just say "Seraphina? Meh, dont agree". If you want to start pointing fingers at someone for being rude, take a look at yourself-er, I mean, the OP. |
| And you people were making fun of Bristol Palin's Tripp? LOL! |
| I'm still partial to Soleil Moonfrye. Not that that's "oddball" or anything. |
A bit racist, your comment. Replace Mary, Jane and John with Ruth, Samuel, and David, and WASP with Jew and you'll see my point. Shame on you. |
| Seraphina is a beautiful name. |
Jermajesty, why? |
