When you list a house, make sure your photos don't include....

A photo of a living room and the police could be seen standing on the other side of the window at the front door.

Saw this online. I guess the realtor needed the police to let them in to take photos and they stood watch at the front door.

Also saw a house that was unfurnished but decided to "spruce" up each room with fancy shopping bags that had colored tissue paper in them.
No kitchen table? No problem. Just put a large Nordstrom bag with gray tissue paper in the middle of the floor?
No bed, how about a lavender bag to make the room seem more lived in.
